Important Information - SHUTTLE ROUTE & SCHEDULE | 23 JUNE 2022

Kindly note:

  • Please ensure you have your Kigali Summit accreditation badge and negative covid test (done at the BK Arena in conjunction with the QR code on your accreditation badge) before you board a shuttle.

  • The early shuttle departure times from pick-up have been carefully considered due to the expected traffic and security checkpoints in and round Kigali on 23 June.

  • The travel time is approximately 1 hour from the hotel pick-up points to the Intare Conference Arena.

  • Should you miss the scheduled shuttle to the Intare Conference Arena in the morning, there will be a shuttle service running from the BK Arena to Intare Conference Arena every hour on the hour. Please ensure you have your Kigali Summit accreditation badge with the negative covid test before you board a shuttle.

  •  For International delegates who are not staying at designated pick-up point hotels – please refer to the pick-up points to see where you can catch a shuttle.

  • Kigali residents can drive to the City Infants School where you can park and catch a shuttle to the Intare Conference Arena. Please familiarise yourself with the routes to the school for access. We suggest you park by 07h30 to get onto a shuttle.

  • If you are using a private vehicle or taxi, please ensure you have your accreditation badge to gain access to restricted roads on the route to the Intare Conference Arena on the day of the event.

  • If you have luggage, please ensure it is properly locked and labelled as we have a luggage hold facility.

  • Return shuttles to the hotel will depart from 17h45.
